How do I upgrade my current Publitio plan?
You can upgrade by clicking on 'Select' button on desired plan above, or navigate to the Billing section. There is an option 'Change Subscription Plan', from where you can upgrade or downgrade your current subscription.
What do I get with a free plan?
With Publitio's free (Starter) plan, you will get a Digital Asset Management solution that comes with basic functionalities such as storage but you will also get loads of free DAM features. In details you will get: 5GB storage space and 10GB bandwidth/month
What do I get with a PREMIUM plan?
With Publitio's PREMIUM plan, you will get access to all premium features like HLS video encryption, custom CNAME (subdomain) for files, Domain Level Protection, Analytics, Pay-as-you-go usage add-on, Priority Support, etc. In details for $19/month you will get: 50GB storage space 100GB bandwidth/month 5 Players 5 Ad tags 5 Watermarks 1 Custom CNAME Domain Level protection HLS video encryption Analytics Priority support Pay-as-you-go usage Note: If you have Lifetime Publitio account your entire capacity will be included in $9/month and you will get extra 50GB storage, 100GB bandwidth, extra Cnames/Players/Adtags/Watermarks and will unlock all the premium features including the pay-as-you-go usage add-on.
Do you offer free trial?
Yes, since 1.July 2021 new accounts can have FREE 14 days trial of PREMIUM plan.
What if I need more storage and/or bandwidth?
PREMIUM plan has pay-as-you-go usage enabled. If you go over your plans limit (included storage space and bandwidth) you will be charged based on additional gigabytes of usage during that month.
This is extra monthly price per gigabyte (above included bandwidth) of additional bandwidth used :
Next 0-1 TB: $0.075 per GB
Next 1-10 TB: $0.065 per GB
Next 10-50 TB: $0.055 per GB
Next 50-100 TB: $0.045 per GB
Next 100+ TB: $0.035 per GB
This is extra monthly price per gigabyte (above included storage space) of additional storage used:
Next 0-10 TB: $0.035 per GB
Next 10-50 TB: $0.030 per GB

How do I ask for a refund?
We can give a refund to customers that are not satisfied with our products. Since our refund policy is 15 days, make sure that you reach out to us for a refund before this time expires.
Where can I change my credit card or billing info?
Login to the Publitio account and navigate to the 'Billing' section. Here you can enter your preferred credit card, and change the billing information presented on your invoice.
How do I cancel my Publitio subscription?
To cancel a paid subscription, simply downgrade your current plan to a free one from this page, or go to Billing section and click on 'Cancel Subscription' button
DAM Pricing?
There is no universal cost for digital asset management, but the price might vary in range from free to hundreds of dollars. It very much depends on the specific services you need and the amount of storage you plan to use. Do your research and analyse your needs! The DAM pricing also might depend on the number of features offered, the quality of the service, accessibility, customer support etc.
