I'm using your iframe embed code for mp4 video but the video doesn't play on mobile.
The reason that your video is not loading might be that you already spent your bandwidth. But to be sure, please reach out to our support with more details. Thank you
Hello,I'm using the Pro theme from Theme.co - they have their own builder and it provides for a video embed link for a background video. What is the best link to use for a video file? I was hoping that I could embed a single link and your platform would figureout what bandwidth version would be best to serve. As far as I can tell, I have to pick oneversion manually and use a single link for my videos for this purpose. Is there a better option?
Hi,
Do you use our WP Plugin? https://support.publit.io/hc/en-us/articles/360014119098-What-is-Publitio-Wordpress-Plugin-
I suggest embedding via iframe.
Regards
Maja
Hi, Im finding that a product video we made - embeded on a website blog using the publit.io player seems to make the playback of camera pans jump which is not present when watching the the same video on facebook or the original. Can you tell me how to ensure the same performance when playing from publi.io as embeds into a website. Or where to start if its a troubleshooting error. Changing the resolution doesnt seem to make a difference. ThanksMarc
can you give us sample page with embed to see what is happening ?
did you use iframe code for embedding ?
maybe to open support ticket and to send us some screenshot to see what is happening on your end

Hello,I want to stream a live event in HLS format output using OBS or similar software plugin.Does Publitio have this feature?ThanksWellington Ziotto
Hi Wellington,
we do not provide live streaming option with Publitio in that way.
We do not have RTS support @ this moment.
I uploaded a video file with sound into my Publitio account, but when I play it back it is silent.Where and what settings do I activate in order to hear the sound when the video is played?
Hi @Braam Kruger sorry to hear that you are experiencing such issues. There should be no sound issues once you upload the video. But may I ask you to share the video URL so that we could check?
How do i able to share multiple folders of images and videos at the same time using only the URL to the respected customers? I couldn't find the option to share the folder, it's showing only the option to share the single file or image!
HI @Shankar Sha currently there is no option for folder sharing. Here you can check out our roadmap and features we are working on https://trello.com/b/Z28HhZe0/publitio-development-road-map
I uploaded my video on December 20th but did not set my file as public. Later I set it as public but after clicking on the link I shared before, this file appeared The file '12.29.20.html' doesn't exist
Hi,
I suggest contacting our support team and send them the link to that file.
We will check and let you know.

If I upload a 2mb image to Publitio and then copy its URL to my site, where I'm using Divi theme builder to manage my site design, would this 2mb image upload faster than getting it from my Media Library in WordPress site? So, I want to understand the traditional way (upload the image from Media Library or the new way (upload it from Publitio) can upload faster? Would all the images redirected from Publitio slow down my upload speed of my website? Thanks and regardsSimon ChengI'm using Publitio.
Hi, @Simon Cheng the benefit of using Publitio over Media Library in WordPress should be a page load time. When you upload the files via Media library, files are hosted on the same server as your website. But if you select Publit.io then your files are hosted on our servers.
Since we have multiple data centers, the file will be loaded from the closest location of the user visiting and requesting the files from your website. In this way, the files will load faster.
It's been a month since I was assured that analytics were "in the works" and I'm just checking in on the progress.
Hi @Michael, We are expecting this analytics feature to roll out during 2021. Check out our roadmap here https://trello.com/b/Z28HhZe0/publitio-development-road-map
