After installed Publitio Offloading and click SYNC now, I have error Error establishing a database connection in frond end. I can still access to Dashboard admin normaly. It take about 10 minutes, my site load normaly.

I would like to use this to play background videos on my websites. I don't want to use Youtube or Video for that.

I set CNAME on Cloudflare several weeks ago, but it still says unverified.
I have it proxied or "orange clouded" -- is that causing the problem?
I thought that doing so would ensure that it is leveraging both Cloudflare's cache as well as your own CDN.
Does it need to be only greycloud?
What is your CNAME ?

Hi. I need help implementing Publitio hosted videos into landingpages created with Thrive Architect.
I managed to insert the video into the video module, but on mobile, it shows a play button and after clicking it, another play button appears. I am using a 720p file version.
When you are logged in you should see icon in the left bottom part of the screen
I have about 50GB of files on S3 that I'd like to transfer to Publit.io. I'm finding the download all process more difficult than I expected. Is there a way to transfer all these files directly from S3?
At this moment (December 2020) not yet, but we plan to add this feature in 2021
Hi there, I was looking into getting your service through Appsumo, but have a question as to whether you optimise image size as part of the service. I was considering using something like https://optimole.com/ who do that.
I know I can resize images but not sure if you resize the data file size of the image?

Hi yes pubitio gives you option to optimize your images just by requesting optimized image
For example http://media.publit.io/file/tummy.png as original image and optimized image http://media.publit.io/file/q_60/tummy.png
This is quality 60. By default we convert original to quality 80 but you don't need to apply q80. Smallest option is q_50 and max is q_100 which is 100% quality.

Hello, I read in another post that the speed setting in the player may be available towards end of Sept. I can't see it in the player currently. Just wondering if it'll be available soon. Or if I may have missed some setting somewhere. Thanks.

Uploading stops at the one third level... I've re-synced several times.... it always stops at the same place. On the Publitio dashboard, I still have bandwidth and storage space left for all the files. Link to screenshot... http://lexi.graphics/LRzcFh
