Hi. I need help implementing Publitio hosted videos into landingpages created with Thrive Architect.
I managed to insert the video into the video module, but on mobile, it shows a play button and after clicking it, another play button appears. I am using a 720p file version.
When you are logged in you should see icon in the left bottom part of the screen
I have about 50GB of files on S3 that I'd like to transfer to Publit.io. I'm finding the download all process more difficult than I expected. Is there a way to transfer all these files directly from S3?

Hi there, I was looking into getting your service through Appsumo, but have a question as to whether you optimise image size as part of the service. I was considering using something like https://optimole.com/ who do that.
I know I can resize images but not sure if you resize the data file size of the image?

Hi yes pubitio gives you option to optimize your images just by requesting optimized image
For example http://media.publit.io/file/tummy.png as original image and optimized image http://media.publit.io/file/q_60/tummy.png
This is quality 60. By default we convert original to quality 80 but you don't need to apply q80. Smallest option is q_50 and max is q_100 which is 100% quality.

Hello, I read in another post that the speed setting in the player may be available towards end of Sept. I can't see it in the player currently. Just wondering if it'll be available soon. Or if I may have missed some setting somewhere. Thanks.

How do I do a bulk upload?
You can select multiple files in media files selection I was uploading as test 500 files it works,
if you are looking something more robust you can use SDK to build your own uploader.
How do I preview the thumbnail for my video? My video is uploaded and available but I cannot see the thumbnail for it. I have checked the upload details to ensure everything is enabled to allow thumbnails and it is. Can you tell me how to preview the thumbnail and change it if necessary please?
Also, if I have 5 videos of different resolutions, do I also get 5 thumbnails at the same resolution?

Hi you don't need to have 5 resolutions, to preview thumbnail it's enough to click on view icon of the video, to change it you can follow this steps https://media.publit.io/file/PublitioTutorials/How-to-change-thumbnail.mp4
I recorded video that you can watch.
If you copy Source or Player Embed code make sure to update it after you change thumbnail as that code has hard coded link to thumbnail so you will need new embed code. If you used Iframe it is automatic.

I set CNAME on Cloudflare several weeks ago, but it still says unverified.
I have it proxied or "orange clouded" -- is that causing the problem?
I thought that doing so would ensure that it is leveraging both Cloudflare's cache as well as your own CDN.
Does it need to be only greycloud?
What is your CNAME ?
