We're excited to roll out one more of our user-focused updates, packed with features that improve both functionality and user experience on Publitio. From large-scale file downloads to refined folder management, here's what's new:

🗂️ Multidownload is Here — Zip and Go!

Tired of downloading files one by one? With our new Multidownload feature, you can now select multiple files from your library, and Publitio will prepare them in a downloadable ZIP archive — up to 5GB total per request.

This is especially useful for:

  • Sharing multiple videos or images with clients
  • Backing up a batch of files
  • Team collaboration on large media projects

To keep things smooth, this feature is integrated with our Smart Notification System, which informs you as soon as your ZIP is ready — no need to sit and wait.

🔐 Dynamic Access Tokens — More Control, More Flexibility
We’ve expanded control over access tokens for private files and secure download URLs. You can now set how long tokens remain valid — from 3 hours to a full year.

This makes it easier than ever to:

  • Share short-term links for time-sensitive projects
  • Set long-lived links for embedded or archived media
  • Customize access based on your workflow

Just choose your preferred expiration time in your API settings — done.

🎵 Audio File Thumbnails (and More Coming)
We’re continuing to improve audio support with thumbnails for audio files. This adds visual context in your media library, making it easier to identify and manage sound files.
Stay tuned — we’re working on more features to enhance audio file handling in future updates.

📁 Folders List UI Improvements — Clean and Customizable
Managing folders just got better:

  • You can now collapse folder trees, giving you a cleaner workspace
  • Improved responsiveness ensures smoother navigation across devices
  • Folder sorting is now persistent, so your custom layout stays intact

Organizing your media library has never been this seamless.

🛠️ Plus: Bug Fixes & Performance Optimizations
As always, we’ve tackled various bugs and made backend improvements to keep Publitio running faster and smoother across the board.
