In your dashboard file list you can select all the files you wish to apply the preset on and use the cog icon on the right and choose Apply preset action.

Next you will be provided with the modal where you can choose one of your presets which you can apply to these files.

Once you click Apply preset it is done, your files will replicate the options and additional versions from the preset.
