Upload presets allow you to apply pre-defined upload settings (folder, privacy, tags, watermark, etc.) during file upload.

Create an additional versions for your uploaded files for example for each image uploaded you can automatically create a PNG out of it with the dimensions 300x300 for a thumbnail or create a short 30 second video for each video uploaded for a preview.

You can also use them to make unsigned uploads (without API Signature) directly to api.publit.io and your account (useful for frontend apps - no need for full SDK integration).

Upload Presets are in use by API part, but you can set one as a default so it will be used for each file uploaded via dashboard or API.

You can apply a preset to existing files as well.
